Kyoto Sushi & Asian Cuisine Bastrop

Easily our favorite sushi place. The food is amazing and the service is top notch. There are even a few of the employees that know my families order. Not just mine, but my wife and sons as well. That includes the substitutions that my wife and son make. This place is hands down my favorite place to eat, not just for sushi!!!

Kid-friendliness: My son has asked some of the staff questions about Japan and he's always been answered with a smile and a fist bump. I've noticed that they tend to be very kind to children at this restaurant!

The food here is great. Even with a seafood/shellfish allergy, there is plenty on the menu for me, and I've never had any issues with cross contamination. It can get a little pricey if you order a lot, but portions are very generous, plenty to take home for later! Staff is friendly and attentive, call ahead if you have a large party (8+) as it is somewhat of a small restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! Love their bento box and sushi rolls, get good orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Have been here twice now, once for dine in and once for take out. Both times the food was delicious! Good quality and good prices. Will be back again!

This place is awesome! What a great find passing through Bastrop. I will definitely be back on my regular travels through here. Very authentic and the food is superb! The facilities are very clean and the wait staff is very prompt and helpful. GO HERE!
